What are the processing times?

First of all, delivery in France and Europe is carried out by Colissimo within approximately 5 to 8 business days after order confirmation. However, for deliveries outside of Europe, we ship with transportation and logistics companies. Therefore, it takes about 10 to 20 business days.

However, these time frames are given as an indication, and no compensation can be requested from Relais Gourmet in the event of a delivery delay.

Can I receive it abroad?

To begin with, we ship our products worldwide. In addition, we assume all risks related to the shipment of your order. If needed, if any damage occurs, contact us, and we will refund the full amount of your purchase, as well as the shipping costs, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale.

Is it possible to have an urgent delivery?
